After installing new Linux-server with Oracle etc. for successful mailing don't remember about adding feature "define(`SMART_HOST',`smtp.provider.com')" into your sendmail.mc
And after do
# cd /etc/mail
# make
# killall -1 sendmail
# echo test|mail me@mydomain.com
